Initial Setup and Expectations

  • Introductory Email: After receiving a new transaction, I’ll send a welcome email within 24 hours to introduce myself, confirm transaction details, and outline the next steps.

  • Agent Dashboard Access: You’ll receive access to a personalized agent dashboard where you can view real-time updates on all transaction milestones and check the current status at any time. This dashboard is updated continuously as tasks progress.

Weekly Update Schedule

  • Weekly Update Emails: Every Monday morning, I’ll send a summary email highlighting:

    • Key progress from the past week

    • Upcoming deadlines

    • Any pending actions or decisions required from you

    • This email complements the agent dashboard by drawing attention to critical updates, ensuring clear and consistent communication.

Milestone Updates

  • Key Milestone Notifications: I’ll provide email notifications for critical milestones, including:

    • Earnest money received

    • Inspections scheduled/completed

    • Appraisal ordered/completed

    • Loan approval milestones

    • Closing date confirmation

    • Two-Week Countdown to Closing:

  • Starting two weeks before closing, I’ll send more frequent updates (every 2-3 days) to ensure all final tasks stay on track.

Copying Agents on All Communication

  • Consistent Transparency: You’ll be copied on all communication with clients, lenders, and vendors to ensure you stay fully informed throughout the transaction process.

Availability and Response Time

  • Response Time: I aim to respond to all emails within 1 business hour during my work hours (listed below). Any planned unavailability will be communicated in advance.

  • Work Hours:

    • My typical work hours are: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Work-Life Balance

Real estate may never sleep…but I do! All new contracts/listings received after 3:00PM may be processed the next day. Emails & new contracts received on the weekend will be handled on Monday. Emergency situations will be discussed as they arise.
