  • What is a transaction manager?

    A transaction manager coordinates all aspects of a real estate transaction, overseeing the process among agents, clients, escrow companies, lenders, and other parties involved to ensure a smooth closing.

  • How will I know what is happening with my transaction?

    You will be cc’d on all communications regarding the file, and I will promptly inform you of any issues or delays. All documents will be uploaded and updated as they are received, and you can expect regular updates from me. The Agent Dashboard is available 24/7 providing real time updates as well.

  • Will you be a point of contact with my clients?

    While I find it most efficient to communicate directly with your clients, this is entirely up to you. I always keep you informed and cc’d on all correspondence! I am also able to work completely behind the scenes.

  • Are my files confidential?

    Absolutely. Your information and files are kept secure, and I will not share any details about your transaction without your explicit authorization. Once a transaction is completed, I email a copy of all communications and documents regarding the transaction for your records.
